1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

Note: Processing includes quality control, lace inspection, and packaging.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Destinations & Timelines
We offer shipping to the USA, UK, and Canada. Estimated delivery to the United States is 3-6 business days and 6-8 business days for the United Kingdom and Canada.
3. Shipping Restrictions & Address Accuracy

No Address Changes: For security reasons and to prevent fraud, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed.

Return to Sender: If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address, or because the customer refused to pay customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return-to-sender fees incurred.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once the courier marks a package as "Delivered," [Your Brand Name] is no longer liable for the shipment.
